Help and factsheets are also available on a range of topics, such as tips for writing a cover letter, or attending an interview. CV Builder TemplateWithin our website, we have developed a CV builder template, which will help you to create, develop and upload your CV. It can also be saved in Word onto your own computer so that you can update it in line with changes to your skills and experience. Recruitment ServicesWe can assist you with your search for suitable employment, from helping you to work out what opportunities are open to you next, to practical support with finding your dream job. Learning/Development OpportunitiesWhatever stage you are at in your career, from time to time you will need to consider your development options - whether it is to learn a new skill or extend your existing knowledge. The Motorsport Academy aims to signpost the range of schemes on offer and is working closely with educators and training providers to ensure training is available to deliver the skills needed by employers. Web-based education portalOur website contains details of the latest education and training programmes, covering vocational, technical, workâbased learning, management, postgraduate, undergraduate, and volunteer programmes, allowing you to view the full offer of motorsport based courses and choose one relevant to your needs. ApprenticeshipsTo raise awareness and promote availability of apprenticeships and available programmes, we will be reviewing the current levels of provision. Our aim will be to ensure availability of programmes to meet the future needs of the industry – offering individuals interested in perusing apprenticeships, the relevance and flexibility required. Recognition scheme for educators and trainersWe are planning to launch a recognition scheme that will clearly signpost the achievement of educators that are successfully working to develop learners with the skills, knowledge and approach that are valued by employers. Integral to this scheme will be participation and feedback from employers and individuals who have experienced programmes first-hand, to help you with selecting the right training provider. Accreditation of ExperienceImagine working in a very challenging job role for an amount of time. Every day you are learning and adapting your skills - however this is done as part of your working environment, therefore even though you may be highly skilled, you may not have a qualification to support your experience. Having recognised this, the Motorsport Academy is planning to explore and implement ways of recognising levels of experience with a formal qualification.
