The Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production process across apparel, headwear, and accessories. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of garment production timelines—particularly within fast-paced, event-driven environments.
You will work closely with our different departments within the business and manage the critical path to ensure products are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the full production lifecycle from concept handover to final delivery
Build and maintain a production critical path which highlights all key dates in the production lifecycle.
Liaise with the design team to translate artwork and specifications into production-ready files
Work closely with the Production Manager, Operations Manager and Senior Account Manager to plan and maintain critical timelines, particularly for live event deadlines
Manage sampling, approvals and production schedules
Track progress across multiple product categories including apparel, headwear, and accessories
Identify and proactively resolve production risks, delays, or quality issues

About You

Proven experience in a Production Coordinator or similar role within apparel or merchandise
Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, materials, trims, and production workflows
Experience working with tight deadlines and event-based delivery schedules
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Experience within apparel or merchandise is highly regarded.
