Hi-Tec Oils is an Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of lubricants and automotive products, with a strong presence across motorsport and racing events nationally. We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the coordination and administration of our racing events, sponsorships, and branded merchandise.
About the RoleThis role is heavily focused on the operational and administrative side of marketing. You will support the planning and delivery of racing events, manage merchandise procurement and stock levels, and ensure all event-related materials are organised and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate bookings and logistics for racing events, trade shows, and sponsorship activities
Liaise with event organisers, venues, and internal teams
Order, procure, and manage branded merchandise and promotional materials
Monitor merchandise stock levels and maintain accurate stock records
Coordinate freight and delivery of event equipment and merchandise
Assist with event schedules, calendars, and documentation
Support post-event reporting, invoices, and reconciliations
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
About You
Previous experience in an admin, marketing support, or events coordination role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines
High attention to detail, particularly with stock tracking and logistics
Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with inventory systems is an advantage
Interest in motorsport or events industry highly regarded
