Marketing Manager

Scuderia Autoart and City Performance Centre are two highly respected names in the Australian performance automotive industry, operating at the intersection of premium brands, motorsport, and technical excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand, campaigns, events, and dealer promotions — someone who understands not just marketing, but cars, culture, and credibility.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for owning and shaping marketing, events and promotional activity across two complementary automotive businesses. Working closely with the Director, you will be trusted to set direction, prioritise activity and ensure delivery across brand marketing, events, campaigns and dealer facing initiatives. You’ll have clear accountability for how our brands show up in the market, how promotions are executed and how events and activations support commercial outcomes.

The role spans both strategic thinking and hands on delivery, making it well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and seeing ideas through from concept to execution. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, visibility and influence, without the bureaucracy of a large corporate environment.

About Us

Scuderia Autoart and City Performance Centre sit at the heart of Australia’s performance automotive and motorsport community. We work with world class manufacturers, leading dealer networks and passionate owners who care deeply about quality, engineering and authenticity. From premium road cars to motorsport builds, everything we do is grounded in technical excellence, attention to detail and reputation.

Our businesses are built on trust, long term partnerships and doing things properly – not cutting corners or chasing trends. We are hands on, fast moving and genuinely invested in the culture that surrounds performance cars and motorsport.

If you care about how brands show up, how experiences are delivered and how great cars are represented, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing strategy and brand positioning across Scuderia Autoart and CPC
  • Plan and deliver events, launches, track days, and motorsport activations
  • Develop and execute customer, dealer, and partner promotions
  • Support dealer development through marketing toolkits and co-branded initiatives
  • Manage agencies, creatives, and contractors
  • Lead and develop a Marketing Coordinator
  • Ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial goals and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing, brand, or events role
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing to outcomes
  • Experience delivering events, activations, or promotional campaigns
  • Confidence working with premium brands and external partners
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

An interest in cars, performance vehicles, or the motorsport industry is highly desirable. Industry experience is a strong advantage, but genuine passion and understanding of automotive culture is essential.

Why Join Us

  • Work with globally recognised automotive and motorsport brands
  • Be part of a business with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans
  • Own your role end-to-end with real authority and impact
  • Attend and lead high-profile automotive and motorsport events
  • Join a close-knit, high-performance team that values quality and credibility

How to Apply

If you’re a marketing leader who loves the automotive world and wants to work in a role where brand, events, and passion genuinely matter, we’d love to hear from you.

Please submit your resume and a brief cover note outlining your experience and interest in the automotive or motorsport space to careers@scuderia-autoart.com. Applications close 15th February, 2026.
