About the Role

Paradise Karts is the brand-new, high-octane Go Kart attraction opening soon right in the heart of Surfers Paradise! We are building a dynamic team of energetic, passionate, and fun crew members to launch the Gold Coast’s newest destination for speed and entertainment.

Whether you're holding the checkered flag, helping guests gear up, or keeping our high-performance fleet running smoothly, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a safe, seamless, and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities (By Role)

• Track Marshals & Supervisors: Oversee live racing sessions, conduct safety briefings, monitor driver behaviour, enforce track rules, and respond rapidly to incidents to maintain a safe, high-energy environment.
• Customer Service Attendants: Welcome guests, manage check-ins, assist racers in and out of karts during pit lane prep, and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
• Maintenance Crew: Perform daily pre-race checks, basic kart tuning, fleet maintenance, and keep equipment performing at peak levels.
• Track Operations: Maintain facility presentation, keep pit and track areas clean, and work alongside teammates to execute smooth events and group bookings.

What We’re Looking For

• Energy & Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for every guest.
• Safety & Service Mindset: Excellent communication skills, a high level of physical fitness, and an uncompromising commitment to safety standards.
• Dependability: Highly reliable, organized, and capable of consistently following operational procedures.
• Technical Readiness: Basic computer skills required. A mechanical aptitude or hands-on knack with tools is highly advantageous for maintenance and pit roles!
• Availability: Flexible to work a rotating roster covering peak hours—including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.
• Motorsport Fan? A passion for go-karting, racing, or motorsports is a massive plus!
• Previous experience working at a go kart track is advantageous
