About the RoleFWE Specialist Machining is expanding and seeking an experienced Precision Machinist / Fitter & Turner to join our growing specialist workshop.

This is hands-on manual machining and driveline work in a performance-focused environment. We are not a maintenance factory. We specialise in precision components where accuracy and workmanship matter.

What You Will Be Doing

Manual machining on lathes and mills

Fitting and assembly of driveline and mechanical components

Working to drawings and tight tolerances

Repair, modification and custom machining work

Maintaining high standards in safety and quality

What We Are Looking For

Trade qualified Fitter & Turner or Machinist

Strong manual machining capability

Confident working with minimal supervision

Reliable and detail focused

Pride in precision workmanship
