Tigani Motorsport is a professional racing team competing at major events across Australia and internationally.

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and hardworking individual to join our team and be part of a fast-paced motorsport environment. This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced team, contribute to race-car preparation and track operations, and gain valuable experience at the highest levels of motorsport.

Requirements

• Previous experience in motorsport or a related automotive environment
• Strong mechanical and practical skills
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for domestic and international events
• Flexible attitude towards working hours, including weekends and race events
• A genuine passion for motorsport and desire to develop within the industry
