Sales Support Coordinator – Motorsport

We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our Motorsport team, supporting customer programmes and projects within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment.

Working closely with Sales, Project Engineering and Production, you’ll help coordinate customer orders from quote through to delivery, track project and production progress, and ensure customers receive a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support motorsport customer orders from quote through to delivery
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Project Engineering, Production and customers
• Assist with order management, production planning and progress tracking
• Provide administrative and coordination support across motorsport projects
• Maintain accurate customer, project and order information within business systems
• Prepare reports, documentation and customer updates
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers worldwide
• Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and systems

About You

• Experience in sales support, customer service, administration or a similar coordination role
• Experience within motorsport, automotive, engineering or manufacturing would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking with customers via phone and email
• Comfortable working with ERP, CRM or other business systems, with Pipedrive experience advantageous
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable and team-oriented
