The Video Content Producer is will be a key creative force behind the team’s video storytelling, producing high-impact content that brings the intensity, emotion, and culture of race weekends to live across social, digital, and internal platforms. This role is responsible for delivering dynamic, story-driven video content that supports fan growth, sponsor visibility, and brand positioning, both at the track and from the race shop.
With a strong emphasis on editing and post-production, this producer will shoot, produce, and edit competition and race weekend activity – including race sizzles, recaps, digital features, and social-first edits – while also shaping partnership driven content in support of sponsor and brand initiatives. This role requires a creative who is driven to push storytelling forward, elevate pacing and execution, and consistently raise the bar for visual quality.
The Video Content Producer will collaborate closely with the Director of Productions, internal team members, and brand partners to execute creative vision while aligning with broader business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a primary videographer on race weekends, capturing competition activity, behind-the-scenes moments, and lifestyle content.
- Travel to race events, splitting coverage responsibilities with existing shooters to ensure required team and car content is captured.
- Shoot, produce, and edit competition and race-weekend activity content, including race sizzles, recaps, digital, and social-first edits.
- Ideate, plan, script, shoot, and edit partnership-driven video content requested by sponsors.
- Conceptualize visuals based on creative briefs and brand requirements.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms while maintaining consistent visual identity and tone.
- Manage, organize, and archive large volumes of video assets.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Productions to execute creative strategy and storytelling goals.
- Operate independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities.
- Maintain organization, professionalism, and patience under pressure.
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and extended hours during race weekends.
- Provide assistance to other team members on other duties as appropriate.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of proven video production within marketing, sports, or brand-focused environments.
- Proficient in Sony camera systems and Adobe Premiere Pro; DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photography, or motion design skills a plus.
- A strong background of experience in video production/editing environment.
- Demonstrating competence across all areas of video production.
- Strong grasp of storytelling pacing, music, and emotional impact in branded video.
- Ability to identify compelling stories that resonate with the audiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a larger creative team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage heavy workloads and tight deadlines.
