Grove Racing is one of Australia’s leading professional motorsport teams, competing at the highest level of the Repco Supercars Championship.

Based in our state-of-the-art facility in Braeside, Grove Racing operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where every team member plays an important role in supporting success on and off the track.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the race team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

Working closely with the race team and management, this position supports both administrative and operational functions across the organisation.

Your focus will be ensuring the day-to-day operations of the race team run smoothly, allowing technical and performance staff to remain focused on racing.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Finance Support

  • Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Accounts administration support including accounts payable and receivable
  • Credit card reconciliation and expense processing
  • Assisting with financial administration using MYOB accounting software
  • General office administration and documentation support

Race Team Operations Support

  • Assisting with preparation and turnaround between race events
  • Ordering and managing team consumables and supplies
  • Coordinating team food and consumables orders (e.g. Coles Online)
  • Maintaining stock levels of operational supplies

Team Support

  • Supporting the team during event preparation periods
  • Washing and preparing driver and crew suits
  • Assisting with general team requirements as needed
  • Taking ownership of tasks that help the team operate efficiently

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and hands-on.

You are someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of tasks, and is comfortable helping wherever required to support the team.

  • Basic understanding of finance administration and accounting processes
  • Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software preferred

Previous experience in administration, operations coordination, or finance support will be highly regarded.
