The hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers and is an ideal destination for motorsport enthusiasts, but also offers event and conference facilities.

About the Role:
The Food & Beverage Attendant is a key frontline role responsible for delivering exceptional service across various hospitality settings including the bar, restaurant, room service, conferencing, and events. This position ensures guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable experience through attentive service and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and assistance as needed
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, accommodating dietary requirements
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Process payments efficiently and handle guest requests with care
• Promote menu specials and upsell items to enhance guest experience
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
• Sound knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Commitment to delivering results and maintaining high standards
