Customer Service/ Track Assistant (casual)

As a Track Marshal, you’ll be at the heart of the action—keeping our races safe, our track running smoothly, and our customers smiling. This is your chance to combine safety, customer service, and adrenaline in one exciting role.

When assisting at the counter, you will represent the business by welcoming customers as they arrive and supporting them with race sign-ins. You will also offer friendly guidance on how to achieve their best lap times, while consistently emphasising safety.

Just to warn you though, the employee races get very competitive so make sure you get plenty of practice in because there will be plenty of banter afterwards.

What you’ll do

• Keep the race track safe and organised by monitoring and controlling the movement of go-karts.
• Give clear instructions and signals to drivers to ensure fair, smooth racing.
• Respond quickly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all participants.
• Assist with safety procedures, equipment setup, and track preparation.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, making every guest’s experience fun and memorable.
• Record accurate event and safety logs.
• Take phone calls for bookings and inquiries.
• Provide Safety equipment to customers.
• Use POS system.
• Open and close procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident giving clear directions.
• Quick thinking and sound judgment under pressure.
• Physical fitness and stamina (you’ll be on your feet and active).
• Passion for motorsport and providing an awesome customer experience.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and busy event times.
