The Mission 🚩

Your job is to curate an electric atmosphere. You'll be managing our 6 simulators, helping customers navigate our booking app, and ensuring that every person who sits in that cockpit feels like they're lining up on the grid at Albert Park.

Revenue is secondary. We care about the vibe. We want our shoppers to feel the buzz, our groups of friends to have a "cheeky session" on a whim, and every visitor to leave feeling like they've just hung out with their fellow F1 obsessives.

Are You on the Podium? 🏆

We're looking for a full-time teammate who is:

• A Professional Yapper: You genuinely love talking shop—whether it's debating tire strategy or explaining why the RB20 is a masterpiece.
• F1 Knowledge Required: Intermediate understanding of Formula 1 is essential to engage meaningfully with customers and provide expert commentary on racing strategy and technical aspects.
• Personable & Energized: You're the person who lifts the energy of the room the moment you walk in.
• Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months customer service or retail experience required to excel in this customer-facing role.
• Tech-Savvy-ish: You can handle a booking app and a sim rig without breaking a sweat.
• A Culture Champion: You value honesty, respect, and collaboration. We're a family-run business with a 40-year legacy, and we treat our team like gold.
• Available Mon to Fri, 10am – 6pm and open to helping out with store events and VIP nights.

Work Rights: Candidates must hold a valid work visa or have appropriate Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
