The Role

We're looking for a highly organized Operations & Digital Coordinator to join our team in Arndell Park.

This is a pivotal "engine room" role within the business. Your primary focus will be coordinating and supporting the development of our new Shopify-based ecommerce platform, ensuring the accuracy and organization of the product data that powers it.

You'll work closely with our website developers to ensure timelines are met and the site is launched with accurate product information, imagery, and compatibility data. A key part of the project will be managing the data requirements for the Autoinfo parts finder, ensuring our catalog integrates properly for seamless customer experience.

While the website project is the core focus, you'll also play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations in a small, high-performance team environment.

You'll report directly to the General Manager and work across digital, sales, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Website Coordination

• Act as the internal coordinator between V-Sport and external website developers

• Manage timelines and ensure progress across the new Shopify website build

• Prepare and manage product data for upload (SKUs, descriptions, pricing, categories)

• Support integration of the Autoinfo parts finder system

• Audit, clean, and structure large product datasets using Excel

• Ensure product images, part numbers, and specifications are accurate

• Assist with ongoing maintenance of the current Neto website

• Manage ongoing content and product updates once the new Shopify site launches

Data & Administration

• Maintain and organize product databases and internal documentation

• Assist with general business administration

• Manage office consumables and stationery procurement

• Support data tasks across MYOB, inventory, and ecommerce systems

Team Support

As part of a small, high-performance team, everyone occasionally jumps in where needed.

This may include:

• Assisting with phone/email enquiries when the sales team is busy

• Helping process large inbound shipments

• Packing products for major race events

• Supporting warehouse operations during peak periods

New team members will typically spend their first week in the warehouse to gain a solid understanding of our products and customer base.

About You

We're looking for someone organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.

You might be early in your career, or already have some ecommerce or admin experience, but you're looking for a role where you can grow with the company and take ownership of important projects.

Key Skills

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets

• Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms (or willingness to learn)

• Familiarity with MYOB or similar business systems

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
