Race Mechanic

As we head into the second half of the 2026 racing season, GWR Australia is looking for talented Race Mechanics to join our growing team.

With a solid foundation, a dedicated crew, and an impressive lineup of drivers, we're focused on achieving top results both on and off the track. We're seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about motorsport and want to be part of a professional team, while building a rewarding career in the industry.

Requirements: 

• Motorsport Mechanical Background/Mechanic Trade Qualification: Fabrication and machining skills are a plus! 
• Attention to Detail and Pride in Work: A positive, can-do attitude is essential 
• Adaptability: Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Flexibility: Willing to work extended hours and travel interstate throughout the racing season, including weekends, for race events and test days 
• Eligibility: Must hold an Australian work visa or be an Australian citizen and have a valid driver’s licence
