The Role:

We are currently seeking experienced engineers to join our growing team in Holden Hill, SA, in either of the following positions:

• Senior Mechanical Engineer
• Senior Mechatronics Engineer

You’ll work on:

• Component and system design
• Product testing, validation and development
• Engineering Problem solving and root cause analysis
• Design for Manufacturing and Assembly
• Hydraulic system design and integration
• Automotive Suspension and Shock Absorber Systems
• Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, testing and project teams

Your Impact:

As a key member of our Engineering team, you will:

• Lead in the design and development of Mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through to validation and product launch.
• Drive innovation in system design and analysis while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to refine and optimise product designs.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary projects from requirements definition to execution and testing.
• Identify and implement improvements to machinery, manufacturing systems and engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality and performance
• Provide technical support and liaison across suppliers, manufacturing teams, and customers
• Support the successful delivery of complex engineering programs in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are:

The ideal candidates will possess:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within automotive, aerospace or defence industries.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience with automotive, motorsport, aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing environments is highly desirable
• Experience developing and executing test plans and validation activities
• Strong mechanical engineering and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• A commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Willingness to travel internationally for project needs, if required

Experience with suspension systems, hydraulics, vehicle dynamics or electromechanical systems will be highly regarded
