The Role:

We are seeking experienced CAM Programmers - CNC Machines to join our growing team, responsible for developing and optimising programs for precision components across a range of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CNC programs using CAM software
• Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
• Select tooling and machining strategies to maximise efficiency
• Troubleshoot and refine programs to improve quality and cycle times
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to achieve production outcomes

About You

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a CNC Programmer with demonstrated experience in CAM programming within a precision manufacturing environment
• Experience programming Okuma, Haas and Mazaak machines (highly desirable)
• Strong capability with Mastercam software - Mill/Turn, Milling Machine
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD models
• Availability to work Dayshift, Afternoon or Nightshift.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on environment
