About the role:

Car Mods Australia and 4x4 Mods Australia are seeking a parts interpreter / Customer service team member to join our team of 25+ staff.  The successful applicant will become an integral member of our growing team.  Your role will see you helping customers on the phone, email and other channels with any questions they have about our products and fitment/suitability for their application.

• You MUST live and breath sales/customer service and get satisfaction out of helping customers achieving their ultimate builds!
• You will be responsible for helping our customers with their technical questions, taking enquiries from: showroom/phones/email/live chat/eBay/social media
• Be proficient in handling customers and resolving customer enquiries and technical issues
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s product lines and utilise this knowledge to successfully increase sales and assist our customers
• In collaboration with all team members, sustain and drive a high performing results-driven culture.

Opportunities exist to attend motorsport & performance car events, working alongside company ambassadors like Tim Slade and other big names in the motorsport & performance scene!

Who we are looking for:

• Preferred prior experience and knowledge of performance cars, automotive parts & accessories.
• You will have exceptional people skills and have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships at all levels
• You will be great with technology given most of your customer interactions and sales channels are online.
• You are a problem solver
• You will be highly organised and be able to manage your own workload in addition to ensuring overall sales and customer service targets are being met
• You will be committed to your own personal development and have a strong desire to continually learn and grow.
• You're looking to continue to grow your career in sales and customer service
