Go Kart Supervisor

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Go Kart Supervisor is responsible for our daily go kart operations delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. You will be required to lead staff with a strong focus on risk management and presentation of our facilities. 

This is a permanent full-time position that will include working weekends as required.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES:

• Lead and develop a safety focused team, ensuring good customer experience
• Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the daily Go Kart operations in line with policy and procedures
• Actively monitoring of go kart track activities ensuring compliance with applicable standards, reporting and responding to track incidents
• Rostering and supervision of staff
• Maintaining a high standard of maintenance and presentation of our go kart fleet and facilities
• Other duties as required

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS:

• Demonstrated experience is a supervisory role
• Understanding of safety and risk processes, including reading and interpreting regulatory requirements 
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Success as a team player in a dynamic work environment
• Current driver licence
• Accredited Level 2 First Aid certificate*
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
• Mechanical knowledge an advantage

*Preferred but not essential, training will be provided where required
