Industrial Painter / Spray Painter

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Painter/Spray Painter to join our team in Dry Creek. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing components to high standards across a range of specialised products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Surface preparation (cleaning, masking, sanding)
• Spray painting and coating application
• Mixing paints and coatings to specifications and technical data sheets
• Inspecting finished components to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintaining equipment and safe work practices
• Work to production schedules whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Follow strict safety and environmental procedures

About you:

• 3–5 years’ experience in industrial or automotive painting,
• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing (or similar) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating applications
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workman ship
• Reliable, consistent and able to meet production demands
• Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications
• Is flexible with working shifts
