We’re gearing up for another incredible year at Mount Panorama Circuit, and we’re calling on passionate motorsport enthusiasts to join our official team.

Competition dates are from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd November 2026.

Whether you’re an experienced official or looking to get involved for the first time, this is your chance to be part of one of Australia’s most exciting grassroots motorsport events.

From flag marshals to pit lane, paddock, and gate operations, there’s a role for everyone.

As part of our official team, you’ll receive:
• Event accreditation
• Official event shirt & event hat
• Event handbook
• Campground site for out of town officials
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, plus evening drinks
• Social dinners across the event (BBQ, pizza, chicken & more)
