Reporting to the Track Manager, the position includes:

• Assisting customers on track (requires some physical strength)
• Customer service
• General facility maintenance such as light cleaning
• 38-42 hours a week rotating roster(Mon-Sun)
• Extra hours during school holidays

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and human skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to remain calm when interacting with customer complaints
• Fit, healthy and able to move quickly.
• Moderate fitness level is required to perform physical tasks and maintain energy throughout shifts.
• Highly reliable, organised and presentable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive and hard-working attitude.
• Shows initiative and attention to detail
• Has good values and character.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Leadership qualities.
• Customer service skills.
• Comfortable regarding public speaking.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
