We’re looking for an experienced Stores / Customer Service Manager to take full ownership of our workshop storeroom — the operational heartbeat behind our race builds, production programs, and customer orders.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a small, high-performing team and ensure every component is controlled, traceable, and available exactly when required.
Your role directly supports race programs, vehicle builds, and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a 2–4 person Stores team in a fast-paced workshop
- Manage customer orders end-to-end: quoting, sales, invoicing, and delivery
- Maintain accurate Stores data within the ERP system
- Forecast and manage stock levels to support race and production schedules
- Oversee domestic and international freight and logistics
- Ensure accurate receipting, issuing, and inventory control
- Identify critical components to prevent build delays
- Coordinate inbound and outbound parts logistics
- Collaborate with Management, BDM, Production, and Workshop teams
- Operate MYOB at an advanced level for financial and stock control
- Maintain efficient, structured storage systems
- Drive accountability, communication, and team performance
- Deliver under strict race and build deadlines
About You
You’re calm under pressure, highly organised, and driven by high standards.
You understand that small errors can have major consequences — and you take pride in getting every detail right.
You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in stores, inventory, or logistics management
(motorsport, automotive, or manufacturing highly regarded)
- Proven leadership experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Strong ERP experience (MYOB Advanced / Acumatica / NetSuite preferred)
- Ability to prioritise in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A proactive, self-managed mindset
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and full working rights
Formal qualifications aren’t essential — proven experience and attitude are.
