We are seeking a responsible, calm, and highly observant Ferrari Driving Experience Supervisor to oversee customer driving experiences before and during each drive. This is not a driving instructor role. The purpose of this position is to ensure that all renters or participants operate the vehicle in accordance with the agreed terms, safety requirements, and company guidelines.
The Supervisor will brief drivers before the experience, confirm their understanding of the rules, monitor driving conduct throughout the session, and take appropriate safety action if the vehicle is being driven in an unsafe, prohibited, or non-compliant manner. This may include directing the driver to stop, ending the experience, and taking control or possession of the vehicle in line with company policy and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-drive briefings with customers before vehicle handover or commencement of the driving experience.
- Clearly explain driving rules, safety requirements, route limits, vehicle handling expectations, and agreement conditions.
- Confirm that each driver understands and agrees to the operating guidelines before driving.
- Monitor driver behaviour during the experience to ensure compliance with the rental agreement and safety standards.
- Identify unsafe, reckless, aggressive, or prohibited driving conduct.
- Issue warnings or instructions where necessary to correct driver behaviour.
- Take immediate safety action when required, including directing the driver to stop, terminating the experience, and securing possession of the vehicle in accordance with company procedures.
- Record incidents, breaches, warnings, and other relevant observations accurately.
- Protect the safety of the customer, the public, the vehicle, and the company’s reputation.
- Assist with operational checks before and after each experience.
Important Role Clarification
This role is not a driver training or instruction position. The Supervisor does not teach customers how to drive. The role is focused on:
- safety oversight,
- compliance monitoring,
- agreement enforcement,
- incident prevention,
- and vehicle protection.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of road safety, professional driving standards, and customer conduct monitoring.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal communication and authority when giving directions.
- Strong observational skills and sound judgement.
- Ability to enforce rules professionally and confidently.
- Experience in luxury vehicle operations, performance car experiences, vehicle hire, motorsport support, risk management, or customer supervision is highly regarded.
- Current valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to complete reports and maintain accurate documentation.
